NPTech and its family of companies — including Community Fiber, Quality Cablevision, Simplify Tech, and Advanced Products Group — are committed to your privacy. We are a locally-owned company based in New Paris, Indiana, and have been serving this community since 1901. This policy is written to be plain and readable, not buried in legal jargon.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures — including Google Firebase's authentication and security rules — to protect data in transit and at rest. No internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you not to send sensitive information such as full account numbers or passwords via web forms. If you have a sensitive matter, please call us directly.

8. Children's Privacy

Our websites are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through one of our sites, please contact us at info@nptel.com and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our websites after any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
